Below is a list of our frequently asked questions. 1. What is your shipping policy?
It’s important to us that you receive your product order as quickly as possible. That’s why we offer a low standard shipping charge of $4. 99 per order that is shipped within the continental US. As a special bonus, we offer free and faster shipping on any order of $99 or more within the continental US. (Once your order ships, you can expect to receive your Vitonomy products within 5-6 business days for standard shipping and 3-4 days for free and faster shipping.

2. What if I want to have my products shipped a different way?
We understand that you may have a preferred way to have your Vitonomy products shipped to you. That’s why we offer a variety of shipping methods and options. For faster delivery, you can request one of the following options (the prices quoted are in addition to the $4. 99 charge for standard delivery service):
a. Next Day delivery – your order will be delivered on the next business day.
An additional shipping charge of $19. 99 will apply.
b. 2nd Day shipping – your order will be delivered within two business days.
An additional shipping charge of $9. 99 will apply.

3. What time do I have to place my order for it to ship the same day?
Orders placed by 2:00 pm ET Monday – Friday will ship the same day.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding US designated federal holidays.

4. When I return a product, how long will it take to see the credit on my card?
You can expect a refund for the full amount of the product (in the same form of payment that you originally used for the purchase) within 30-days after we receive your returned product. In most cases, refunds will appear on your credit card within 10 days.

5. What is your return policy?
At Vitonomy, we strive to provide you with the most cutting-edge, scientifically validated health and wellness products available to help you achieve your best health. If for any reason you are not fully pleased with your initial shipment of a product, you may return the bottle (even if empty) for a full refund, minus shipping, handling or other related charges for one full year from the order date.

6. Are their exceptions to your return policy?
To be fair and to keep costs down for all of our valued customers, Vitonomy limits refunds to the first opened package on that product’s first order. Any other returns of the same product on its first order must be in the original factory-sealed container and in good condition for a full refund. If the return is related to a manufacturing error or a shipping error on our part, you will also be refunded the shipping cost in addition to the cost of the product. Vitonomy reserves the right to limit returns and refunds to individuals who abuse our return policy.
