Vitonomy Shipping Policy

It’s important to us that you receive your product order as quickly as possible.  That’s why we offer a low standard shipping charge of $4.99 per order that is shipped within the continental US. As a special bonus, we offer free, faster shipping on any order of $99 or more within the continental US. Once your order ships, you can expect to receive your Vitonomy products within 5-6 business days for standard shipping and 3-4 days for faster shipping.

We understand that you may have a preferred way to have your Vitonomy products shipped to you. That’s why we offer a variety of shipping methods and options. For faster delivery, you can request one of the following options (the prices quoted are in addition to the $4.99 charge for standard delivery service):

• Next Day delivery – your order will be delivered on the next business day.  An additional shipping charge of $19.99 will apply.
• 2nd Day shipping – your order will be delivered within two business days.  An additional shipping charge of $9.99 will apply.

Additional shipping information:

• Orders placed by 2:00 pm ET Monday – Friday will ship the same day. 
• Orders are shipped on business days only.  Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding US designated federal holidays.
• We will make every attempt to ship in-stock orders immediately. It is possible that we may need to ship your order from different distribution centers. To expedite the delivery of your items, we may need to divide your order into two or more shipments at no additional charge.
• Customers in Alaska and Hawaii will be charged an additional $4.99 per order for a total of $9.98 for standard shipping.
• Puerto Rico and the US Territories will pay $1.99 plus $1.50 per pound for shipping.
